Football Coach & Player
What Football means to me

Football is truly more than "just a game", it has helped me to develop some of the most important skills in my life such as perseverance, teamwork and leadership.

Teamwork is a huge part of football. It takes more than one person to win, which is why it is so important to know how to unite the team players and get them working towards one goal - a victory. Over the course of my coaching career, I have learned how to step up and lead the team, especially during difficult times, how to be in others' shoes. Seeing the world from their perspective, helps me to understand the underlying motivation factors and to see their strengths and weaknesses. All of that allows me to offer encouragement and help them turn their weaknesses into strengths.

"I've never played for a draw in my life."
